The Flying Dress Experience

Step 1: Initial Consultation Booking

Clients schedule a 15-minute consultation by submitting an email to tanyastraveling1222@gmail.com
 

Information Gathered:

• Preferred date and time for the consultation.

• Brief questionnaire on desired location (local beach, jungle, historical Landmarks), number of subjects, and vision for the shoot.

 

Step 2: Consultation Session

Schedule a phone call or zoom meeting.

 Discussion points include:

• Locations and backdrops.

• Changing Facilities beach, public bathroom (must be clean and sanitary. We do not put our dresses nor clients in unsanitary conditions) Outdoor portable tents.

• Group size and dynamics.

• Vision and style preferences for the photoshoot.

• Overview of pricing and package details

• Q&A: Clients can ask specific questions about packages, and logistics.

Step 3: Package Selection and Booking

After the consultation, clients can choose a package and select a tier of service.

Deposit: Clients pay a  deposit to secure their booking.

Clients choose their dress color from the online selection.

 

Clients browse and select complimentary accessories for the shoot.

 

 

Step 4: Pre-Shoot Preparation

Clients receive a detailed confirmation email with:

• Date, time, and location of the shoot.

• Checklist of items to bring (under garment, comfortable shoes, water, towelettes, handheld fans for perspiration) 

• IMPORTANT: Please read carefully. Following our garment and undergarment guidelines is essential for a smooth, stress-free, and picture-perfect photoshoot. Proper undergarments help ensure the best fit, coverage, and overall appearance of the flying dress.(Refer to "Undergarments" section located in drop down menu on home page)

• Please note that visible bras, bra straps, shapewear, underwear, or other undergarments will not be removed through Photoshop or editing. It is the client's responsibility to follow the garment guidelines provided prior to the photoshoot. Failure to do so may affect the final appearance of your images

Step 5: Day of the Photoshoot
Clients arrive at the chosen location and are greeted by the Flying Dress team.

A dedicated assistant helps the client with dress fitting and styling.

Photoshoot Process:

• The photographer briefs the client on the shoot’s flow.

• Various poses and backdrops are explored, capturing the client’s vision.

Step 6: Post-Photoshoot

• Photo Editing: After the client has made a selection of photos to be edited, photos will be delivered within 7 o 10 days.

Step 7: Follow-ups and Feedback

Client Feedback: After delivery, clients receive a follow-up email to provide feedback by leaving a google review.
 

 

Step 8: Social Media Engagement
Sharing Options: Clients are encouraged to share their photos on social media using:
