The Flying Dress Experience

Here's what to expect when you fly with us:

Step 1: Initial Consultation Booking

Clients schedule a 15-minute consultation through our easy-to-navigate online calendar on the website.

 

Information Gathered:

  • Preferred date and time for the consultation.

  • Brief questionnaire on desired location (local beach, jungle, historical Landmarks), number of subjects, and vision for the shoot.

 


Step 2: Consultation Session

Schedule a phone call or meet in person. Discussion points include:

  • Locations and backdrops.

  • Group size and dynamics.

  • Vision and style preferences for the photoshoot.

  • Overview of pricing and package details.

  • Introduction of the two photographers and their unique styles.

  • Q&A: Clients can ask specific questions about packages, photographers, and logistics.

Step 3: Package Selection and Booking

After the consultation, clients can choose between Gold and Platinum packages and select a tier of service.


Deposit: Clients pay a  deposit to secure their booking.


Clients choose their dress color from the online selection.

 

Clients browse and select complimentary accessories for the shoot.

 

 

Step 4: Pre-Shoot Preparation

Clients receive a detailed confirmation email with:

  • Date, time, and location of the shoot.

  • Checklist of items to bring (under garment, personal accessories, makeup).

  • Reminders about dress and accessory selections.

Step 5: Day of the Photoshoot
Clients arrive at the chosen location and are greeted by the Flying Dress team.


A dedicated assistant helps the client with dress fitting and styling.


Photoshoot Process:

  • The photographer briefs the client on the shoot’s flow.

  • Various poses and backdrops are explored, capturing the client’s vision.

Step 6: Post-Photoshoot

  • Photo Editing: Edited photos will be delivered according to the timeline specified in the chosen package.

  • Delivery Method: Clients receive photos according to the timeline specified in the chosen package.

Step 7: Follow-ups and Feedback

Client Feedback: After delivery, clients receive a follow-up email to provide feedback on their experience.
 

 

Step 8: Social Media Engagement
