Late Arrival, Transportation & No-Show Policy
-
To ensure fairness to all clients and respect for our team’s time, the following policies apply to all Tanya’s Traveling Flying Dress sessions:
Early Arrival Encouraged
-
While we do offer a grace period, we strongly encourage clients to arrive at least 10 minutes early to allow time for dressing, adjustments, and preparation so that your session can start promptly.
-
Your session begins at the scheduled booking time, not upon arrival. We provide a 10-minute grace period to account for minor, unavoidable delays (such as traffic).
Late Fee
-
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a late fee of $50 USD will be charged for every additional 15 minutes past the grace period.
Example: 15 minutes late = $50 USD, 30 minutes late = $100 USD, etc.
-
Your final photos will not be released until any outstanding late fees are paid in full.
No-Show & Cancellation Due to Excessive Lateness
-
If you are 30 minutes late or more without prior notification, our team reserves the right to cancel your session. Your session will be considered a no-show, and any payments made will be forfeited.
You will be required to pay the outstanding late fee before rescheduling your photoshoot.
Transportation Policy:
If Tanya’s Traveling Flying Dress provides or recommends transportation for your session, please be advised that:
-
Transportation is provided to take you directly from your starting location to the photoshoot location, and back after the session.
-
No additional stops or errands are permitted during transportation unless pre-approved or in the case of an emergency, such as a bathroom stop.
-
Unscheduled stops may cut into your session time or result in additional fees.
We encourage all clients to plan ahead, arrive early, and respect the time reserved for their experience. These policies are in place to ensure that you receive the full value and quality service you deserve.
